Privacy Policy

Effective date / Last updated: July 8, 2026

KleensAll Building Services (“KleensAll,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides commercial building maintenance and janitorial services in the San Francisco Bay Area. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with our website at https://kleensall.com (the “Site”). Our Site is a single informational page with one contact form. We do not offer online accounts, logins, payments, or e-commerce, and we do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking. This Policy applies when you visit the Site; when you submit our contact form, the required consent checkbox and your submission confirm your consent to our handling of your information as described here. Please review this Policy so you understand our practices.

Personal information we collect

We collect only the limited information you choose to provide through our “Request a walk-through / estimate” contact form, plus standard technical data that your browser transmits to the service providers that help our Site function.

Information you provide through the contact form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Service needed (a dropdown selection)
  • Project details (optional free-text description of your inquiry)
  • Consent confirmation — a required checkbox confirming that you agree to be contacted by KleensAll about your request

Technical data collected automatically: When your browser loads or submits the Site, standard internet request data — such as your IP address and browser information (user-agent) — is transmitted to the third-party service providers described below. This data is used to deliver, operate, and secure the Site (including spam and bot protection), not to identify or profile you.

Sources of the information we collect: We collect personal information directly from you (through the contact form) and automatically from your device (the standard technical request data described above). We do not buy or obtain personal information about you from data brokers or other outside sources.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), these items fall within the categories of identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), customer records (your contact details), commercial information (the service you request and any project details you describe), and limited internet or network activity (standard technical request data). We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account details, precise geolocation, government identifiers, biometric data, or other sensitive personal information. Please do not include any sensitive information in the free-text “Project details” field.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and prepare a walk-through or estimate, and to communicate with you about the services you requested. The required consent checkbox confirms your agreement to be contacted by KleensAll about your request. We use limited technical data only to operate and secure the Site and to prevent spam and abuse. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or analytics.

How your information is shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share limited information with the following third-party service providers, who process it on our behalf to make the Site work. Each is described by its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

Contact-form data flow (Netlify and Google)

  • Netlify — hosts the Site and runs a serverless function that processes and relays your form submission. Netlify receives the form data and standard request metadata (such as your IP address). See Netlify’s privacy policy at https://www.netlify.com/privacy/.
  • Google (Google Forms and Google Sheets) — after bot verification, your submission is relayed into a Google Form and Google Sheet within KleensAll’s Google account, where your inquiry is stored and used only to respond to you and prepare your estimate. See Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to verify that a visitor is human and to help prevent spam and abuse. The Turnstile widget loads from challenges.cloudflare.com and processes limited technical information about your visit — such as your IP address and browser and device signals — to tell humans and bots apart. Cloudflare describes the specific data it processes, and how it processes it, in its Turnstile Privacy Policy. Cloudflare states that these signals are used only to distinguish humans from bots and are not used to identify, profile, or target individuals, and that Turnstile is privacy-preserving and does not use cookies to track visitors. Cloudflare processes this data as our service provider, and directs any privacy questions about Turnstile to the website operator (that is us; our contact details are below). Our form also includes a hidden anti-spam field (a “honeypot”) that is not visible to you and that ordinary visitors leave blank; if it is completed we treat the submission as automated and discard it. For more detail, see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/.

Fonts and images (Google Fonts and Unsplash)

To display the Site, your browser loads resources from two additional providers. Loading these resources transmits your IP address to the provider as part of the standard web request; no information beyond that standard request is shared with them.

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — serves the Site’s typography. Loading fonts transmits your IP address to Google. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Unsplash (images.unsplash.com) — serves the hero background image. Loading it transmits your IP address to Unsplash. See https://unsplash.com/privacy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.

We do not sell or share your personal information

KleensAll does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months. Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link — there is nothing to opt out of.

Cookies, tracking, and Do Not Track

The Site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels. Because we do not track visitors across websites or over time, we do not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. The third-party providers listed above receive standard technical request data as described; as noted, Cloudflare Turnstile does not use cookies to track visitors.

Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry and for our ordinary business, recordkeeping, and legal purposes, after which we delete or de-identify them. Technical data processed by our hosting and security providers (for example, for spam and bot protection) is retained by those providers only for operational and security purposes and in accordance with their own privacy policies and retention practices; we do not maintain our own separate log of that data. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your California Privacy Rights” below).

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, bot and spam filtering, and access controls on the accounts where inquiries are stored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Our Site and services are directed to businesses and commercial property managers, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we do not sell or share the personal information of minors. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at hello@kleensall.com and we will delete it.

Third-party links and resources

The Site relies on, and may link to, third-party websites and services (see “How your information is shared” above). Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties.

Your California Privacy Rights

KleensAll is a small business-to-business company and is likely not a “covered business” required to comply with the CCPA (as amended by the CPRA). Even so, as a courtesy we honor the following California privacy rights for the limited contact information we hold. Depending on our legal obligations, you may have the right to:

  • Know / Access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.
  • Delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information about you.
  • Data portability — where applicable, receive the personal information you provided to us in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — not applicable: we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information — not applicable: we do not collect sensitive personal information.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.

How to submit a request: Email hello@kleensall.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request” and tell us which right you wish to exercise. To protect your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity (for example, by confirming details of the request you submitted) before we act, and we will use any verification information only for that purpose. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

Our response: We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we may extend by up to another 45 days (90 days total) and will notify you of the reason.

“Shine the Light” (California Civil Code § 1798.83): We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing, so no separate “Shine the Light” disclosure is required. You are welcome to contact us with any questions.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date / Last updated” line at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected on this page; please review it periodically. Changes apply from the date the updated Policy is posted.
